SHIPPING

After you place your order, it will be processed within 3 business days by Liberté. After that, all orders will be shipped from Hong Kong.

For local orders, we provide free shipping via SF Express. Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be delivered. Longer time may be needed during holiday season.

For international orders, due to the major disruption to air traffic by the pandemic, we can only ship our products to the following destinations (As at 1 April 2021):
Asia: China, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and South Korea
North America: United States
Oceania: Australia
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom

We use mainly e-Express Service of Hong Kong Post or SF Express International depending on the destinations. Please note that they are different from courier service. Our international shipping method is similar to postal shipping, but it allows Liberté the option of tracking the package until delivery in most countries. E-Express Service handle your order until it arrives at your country. Once the order reaches your country, it is handed off to your local postal service for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The final delivery is not made by E-Express Service. In exceptional circumstances, other comparable postal services might be used if your parcel could reach you faster in your country.
Under normal situations, average shipping time is mostly 1 to 2 weeks, while some destinations may take up to 3 weeks.
Delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office. Please note that most destinations’ postal operations are still under the influence of the coronavirus pandemic and delays in mail delivery are often expected.

Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that your local post is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if your post office is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided. Customs fees, taxes or additional charges may apply to international shipments by local authorities in your country, which shall be paid by you. Contact your local customs office for more information.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Please kindly note that we do not accept exchange or return due to change of mind after purchase.

Defective products will be accepted for exchange or, if stocks run out, for return with full refund to buyer. If we mistakenly mail you any wrong item, we will also arrange exchange at our costs. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order in the above scenarios and we will contact you personally to make speedy arrangement.

In case the size you ordered does not fit you, exchange of size can be arranged if you inform us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Such exchange is subject to availability of stocks. After confirming with us, buyer has to mail the item back to us (in its original condition with tags and packaging) and buyer has to pay all incidental shipping fee.

If the item is no longer in is original condition (e.g it has been used or damaged, or it gets dirty, or is without its tag or packaging), exchange or return will not be accepted, and the item will be reverted back to buyer at her costs.

In case of disputes, the decision of Liberté Activewear should remain final.
